Joining myReminder is free! However, you will need to purchase credits if you want reminder alerts sent to your mobile phone.

myReminder currently offers the following SMS plans
20 SMS Credits for $10.00
50 SMS Credits for $23.75 (a saving of $1.25);
75 SMS Credits for $34.69 (a saving of $2.81);
100 SMS Credits for $45.00 (a saving of $5.00); and
150 SMS Credits for $63.75 (a saving of $11.25). Top




How do I purchase credits?

Purchasing credits is simple. Once you have set up your account with myReminder you can purchase credits securely and instantly online, using the payment options available. Top




I have forgotten my password, how do I log in?

You can reset your password at any time using the automated password retrieval system. A new password will be sent to you after you have answered your secret question. Top




Can I set up recurring reminders?

Yes! This system makes it simple for you to set up recurring reminders. You can recur reminders daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Top




Can myReminder be used outside of New Zealand?

Yes, myReminder can be used if you are travelling outside of New Zealand. You will still need a valid New Zealand mobile number if you want to receive reminder alerts. Please ensure that roaming is enabled on your handset before travelling.

Be aware that you may receive extra charges from your mobile company for receiving a text message while roaming. Check with your carrier for more details about roaming. Top




Can I easily organise my reminders?

Yes! This system allows you to create your own reminder categories. You can then assign your reminder's to a category. You can create as many categories as you need. Top




Does this system work 24 hours a day?

Yes! You can login, create reminders and categories, purchase credits and receive reminder alerts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! Top




Can I change my details at any time?

You can edit your details whenever you like. Be aware if you change your mobile number or email, you will automatically be sent a confirmation email and confirmation text to the email/mobile number you provided to ensure that the new details are accurate. Top




How do I know where my credits are going?

You can use the My Reports section of the system to generate a report for any given date period. This will allow you to see how many reminders you have set up, current account balance and total reminder's that were sent to you. Top
